Affiliate disclosure

Last updated 18 October 2026

The short version

This site is funded mainly by affiliate links. If you click one and book something, like an eSIM, a tour, a ferry ticket or a hotel, the merchant may pay us a commission. You don’t pay more because of it.

  • Every page with affiliate links shows a disclosure note near the top.
  • Affiliate links open in a new tab, and screen readers announce them as “affiliate link”.
  • In the page code they’re marked rel="sponsored nofollow", as search engines ask.

Merchants we plan to work with

We plan to apply to the affiliate programs of Klook, Agoda, Trip.com, 12Go, GetYourGuide, Airalo, SafetyWing, Discover Cars and Wise, directly or through networks such as Impact, Travelpayouts or CJ. As of the date above we haven’t joined any program yet, so no link currently earns us anything. We’ll update this list when that changes.

When we join a program, we’ll list it here with the date.

What a commission never changes

  1. We never invent codes. A code is listed only with a link to the merchant’s or an official partner’s page.
  2. We don’t fake tests. “Last tested” shows a date only after we’ve applied the code ourselves. Until then it says “Not tested yet”.
  3. We don’t rank by commission. If the cheapest option pays us nothing, like buying a ferry ticket at the pier or a SIM at the airport, we still say so.
  4. Free products are disclosed. If a merchant gives us anything for review, the article will say so.
